Since I have to do the agonizing task of meal planning for the week, I thought I’d share what we are doing in hopes it might help you get past the dinner wall that I am always up against. We are out of the house two nights out of the week right now, so I account for one easy meal, one that I can make early in the day and I always leave Friday open for leftover night–or better yet, going out to eat night!
